📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound and inbound sales activities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline status
  • Participate in sales meetings and events to network with potential customers
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing customers

    Kualifikasi:

  • Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken
  • Experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in the fintech or technology industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in business, marketing, or a similar discipline
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus
