• Analyze and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles to improve operational performance
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production bottlenecks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production lines and improve product quality
• Utilize data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SAP to gather and interpret production data
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in garment manufacturing optimization
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and operational protocols
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on manufacturing optimization
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SAP
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with garment manufacturing processes and industry standards is a plus
