📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services, including medical check-ups, vaccinations, and health screenings, to ensure the well-being of our employees.
• Administer first aid and emergency medical care to employees in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement a robust health and safety program to promote a healthy and productive workplace.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify and address any health and safety concerns or issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all employees, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Educate employees on health and safety best practices, including proper hygiene, ergonomics, and workplace safety.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare trends, best practices, and regulations, and apply this knowledge to improve the quality of care provided to our employees.
• Foster a culture of wellness and safety within the organization, and encourage employees to take an active role in their own health and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on occupational health and safety.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent, and certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and best practices, with a focus on workplace health and safety.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
• Proficient in using healthcare software and tools, such as electronic health records (EHR) systems, and health and safety management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees from diverse cultural backgrounds.
