📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain food production equipment such as mixers, extruders, and packaging machines
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery
• Conduct quality checks and inspections of food products
• Follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily production targets
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food production or related roles
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Familiarity with food production equipment and machinery
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus
• Valid food safety certification (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus
• Willingness to undergo a background check
