📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify, negotiate, and onboard new affiliate partners, including publishers, influencers, and affiliate networks.
• Manage and optimize existing affiliate relationships to maximize performance and ROI.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate program performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and affiliate-specific dashboards.
• Create and distribute compelling affiliate marketing materials, including banners, landing pages, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align affiliate strategies with overall business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and digital advertising.
• Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on affiliate program performance and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital advertising, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate programs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms such as CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, or similar tools.
