📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct field surveys and monitoring of flora and fauna to assess the health of Karawang’s ecosystems.
• Develop and implement conservation projects, such as reforestation programs and wildlife corridors.
• Analyze environmental data using GIS software (e.g., QGIS, ArcGIS) to identify conservation priorities.
• Engage with local communities to promote sustainable land use practices and raise awareness about environmental issues.
• Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to advocate for policy changes that protect natural resources.
• Create and present reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate conservation findings to internal teams and external partners.
• Participate in capacity-building workshops and training sessions to enhance your skills in environmental conservation.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in conservation through research and professional networks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Forestry, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental conservation, particularly in Indonesia or a similar tropical region.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental laws, regulations, and policies.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for communication with international partners.
• Experience with GIS software (e.g., QGIS, ArcGIS) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, R).
• Certification in environmental conservation or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.
