As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records. You will work closely with our team to prepare financial statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, and provide financial analysis to support our business decisions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
• Process and reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial documents.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns using accounting software such as TaxAct or TurboTax.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with tax preparation software such as TaxAct or TurboTax is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
