📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Create and maintain training materials and resources,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training needs are met,Assist in the development of the training budget and plan,Conduct training needs analysis and gap analysis

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training software and tools,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture
