As a Store Admin, you will play a crucial role in managing our store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Process and manage customer orders, including picking, packing, and shipping.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.,Assist in store setup and maintenance, including cleaning and organizing.,Provide excellent customer service to both in-store and online customers.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the manager.,Assist in training new staff members on store procedures and policies.,Participate in store promotions and events to enhance customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English skills a plus.
