📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure that the restaurant meets health and safety standards and complies with all relevant regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Work closely with the general manager to ensure that the restaurant's goals and objectives are met.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, including tables, equipment, and restrooms.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
