Managing cash transactions and ensuring accurate and efficient service,Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Providing excellent customer service and support,Managing cash drawers and ensuring proper reconciliation,Training and mentoring junior cashiers,Assisting in inventory management and stock control

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role,Strong knowledge of cash handling and banking procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Proficiency in using cash register and point-of-sale systems,Ability to work well in a team and independently,High school diploma or equivalent
