🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration in a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compensation and benefits strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR information systems and payroll software is a plus.
