📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract qualified candidates for various job openings.,Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Prepare and send job postings to various job boards and social media platforms.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
