📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the business in Canggu.,Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the growth and success of the business.,Supervise and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Attend and participate in company meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or retail industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Experience in a similar role in Bali or a tropical destination is a plus.
