📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various roles within the company.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Manage the recruitment process from advertisement to onboarding.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Understanding of the retail industry is a plus.
