📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the laundry service, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the laundry service.,Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that all safety and quality standards are met and maintained.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and technologies as appropriate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or laundry industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, and a commitment to maintaining high levels of safety and quality.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
