📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery coordination.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Manage a team of logistics coordinators and provide guidance and support.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations with other business functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
