📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily lab operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.,Conduct and supervise laboratory tests to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to optimal performance.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians on proper techniques and procedures.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lab activities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals.,Maintain detailed records of lab activities and test results.,Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lab Technician or in a similar role.,Proven experience in supervising and mentoring junior staff.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and equipment.
