📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and upselling existing clients.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company objectives.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer relationship management.,Conduct regular client visits and meetings to understand their needs and provide solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and customer relationship management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
