📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR projects and initiatives.,Ability to think strategically and contribute to the company's long-term success.
