📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet management.,Optimize fleet performance by analyzing data and implementing cost-saving measures.,Coordinate with drivers, maintenance teams, and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Manage and maintain fleet documentation, including vehicle records, maintenance logs, and insurance details.,Implement and monitor fuel and maintenance budgets to ensure cost efficiency.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of fleet safety and performance.,Provide leadership and support to junior fleet coordinators and drivers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of optimizing fleet performance and reducing costs.,Valid driver's license and experience in driving commercial vehicles is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.
