📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers and technicians.Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance and support.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.Prepare and submit project reports, proposals, and other required documentation.Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards.Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering civil engineering projects.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.🛠️ Keahlian
