📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and quality.,Manage and mentor operational staff to ensure high performance standards.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.,Conduct regular operational audits to assess performance and make recommendations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations management or related field.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
