📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and leading the crew team,Ensure smooth and efficient operations on board,Maintain a positive and safe work environment,Assist in the planning and execution of daily tasks,Support the Captain in making decisions and solving problems,Conduct regular safety checks and inspections,Assist in the training and development of new crew members,Maintain accurate records and reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Deck Officer or similar role,Valid Sea Service Record Book (SSRB),Valid STCW Basic Safety Training (BST) Certificate,Valid STCW Advanced Fire Fighting (AFF) Certificate,Valid STCW Personal Survival Techniques (PST) Certificate,Valid STCW Medical First Aid (MFA) Certificate,Valid STCW Proficiency in Survival Craft (PSC) Certificate,Valid STCW Proficiency in Fast Rescue Boat (PFRB) Certificate,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
