Manage day-to-day operations of the branch,Oversee the performance of the branch team,Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance,Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders,Monitor and report on branch performance metrics,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with local market and industry trends,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good understanding of customer service and sales principles,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages🛠️ Keahlian
