Pacific Manufacturing is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This is an immediate opening, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to our company's financial growth. As a Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the preparation of tax returns.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.,Provide support to the finance manager in financial analysis and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
