In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting areas of improvement and risks.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Identifying and recommending corrective actions to address non-compliance and inefficiencies.,Maintaining and updating audit procedures and documentation.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Participating in training and development programs for staff to enhance their knowledge of internal controls.,Ensuring all audits are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using audit software and spreadsheet tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
