📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead tutor in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons.,Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.,Support the development and implementation of educational programs and activities.,Assist in the organization and supervision of student activities and events.,Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.,Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the educational programs.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the educational processes.,Support the lead tutor in managing student records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a teaching or tutoring role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with educational technology and tools.,Passionate about education and committed to making a positive impact on students' lives.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience.
