📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily production activities and ensure that all production processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage production schedules and ensure that all production targets are met.
  • Monitor production quality and ensure that all products meet the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate with production staff to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of production areas to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Provide training and support to production staff as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities and quality control measures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control measures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with production management software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
