📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Design and deliver training programs that meet the learning and development needs of the organization.Develop and implement learning strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify learning and development needs.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.Monitor and report on the progress of learning and development initiatives.Work with the HR team to ensure that learning and development programs are integrated into the overall HR strategy.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs.Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.🛠️ Keahlian
