📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage branch operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee staff performance and provide guidance and support.,Develop and implement branch strategies to meet company goals.,Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.,Monitor branch finances and ensure compliance with company policies.,Attend and participate in regular branch meetings and training sessions.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successful branch management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with financial management and reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
