📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee department operations and ensure they align with company goals.,Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and efficiency.,Monitor department budgets and ensure financial targets are met.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficient in using office software and project management tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
