Salon Joko Digital is looking for an Assistant Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and editing technical content, including user manuals, guides, and other documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and edit technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and other resources.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Review and revise existing documentation to improve clarity, accuracy, and usability.,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall technical writing strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, is a plus.
